Our Bakery has a 70-year history behind it. A history that dates back to Milan in the fifties, difficult years that were however good to those brave enough to risk and work hard. We are firmly rooted in that period and we started out as
apprentices and then became maestros in baking with sourdough starter to make cakes. We have also built up a network of relationships with those who produce the best ingredients. Those who, still today, just like us, have a story to tell.
